After standing in the kitchen for 5 full hours, grating, draining, stirring … and finally ... a pot of freshly made pineapple jam is out! It is a gem. Not only does it smell divine, it is so decadently good. I wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world, except my hubby & those two little monsters hopping around the house.
