I had some leftover dough from the pineapple tarts and lots of Kisses from Christmas, so I thought, hmmm, ... how about Cherry Kissess Cookies. So viola! Here they are.

Ingredients:
Any leftover cookie dough
Chopped Candied Cherries
Kisses Chocolate
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
- Unwrap the Kisses and freeze them.
- Mix the chopped candied cherries & cookie dough.
- Roll the dough into 1" (2.5cm) ball & place them 1" apart on the baking sheet.
- Use your thumb to make an indentation into the centre of each cookies.
- Bake for about 13~15 mins or until the edge is nicely brown. Remove tray from oven & place the frozen Kisses onto the cookies immediately. Otherwise, the chocolate will not stick to the cookie.
