Cherry Kisses Cookies



I had some leftover dough from the pineapple tarts and lots of Kisses from Christmas, so I thought, hmmm, ...  how about Cherry Kissess Cookies.  So viola!  Here they are. 

Beautiful!  Simply out of this world. 

Recipe:

Ingredients:

Any leftover cookie dough
Chopped Candied Cherries
Kisses Chocolate

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
  2. Unwrap the Kisses and freeze them.
  3. Mix the chopped candied cherries & cookie dough.
  4. Roll the dough into 1" (2.5cm) ball & place them 1" apart on the baking sheet.
  5. Use your thumb to make an indentation into the centre of each cookies.
  6. Bake for about 13~15 mins or until the edge is nicely brown.  Remove tray from oven & place the frozen Kisses onto the cookies immediately.  Otherwise, the chocolate will not stick to the cookie.
